Fitness Club Programs

Each of the following classes is 60 minutes unless otherwise indicated. All fitness levels welcome in every class! Instructors will provide adaptations to movements when needed.

Please Note: The Westmont Park District Fitness Club reserves the right to make changes to this schedule and/or cancel any class with consistent low attendance.

Boot Camp
Functional training skills taught to increase muscle strength & endurance. A maximum workout in minimal time.

Butts 'n Guts
This class utilizes bands, tubes, balls & weights to challenge all muscle groups, specifically abs and glutes.

Cardio Interval
Different forms of cardio mixed into each class. High and low intensity exercises are combined to maximize calorie burn.

Core Fusion
A combination of yoga, pilates and body core work.

Gentle Yoga
Challenging poses to work up a sweat. Feel empowered in mind & body.

Get on the Ball
A cardio warm-up will prepare major muscle groups for a challenging & invigorating strength segment on the fitness ball. This class will help promote improved posture, stamina, strength and coordination.

NIA: Neuromuscular Integrative Action
This class combines dance movement, tai chi and yoga elements into a cardio workout.

Power Stretch
A combination of yoga, Pilates and strength movements. Improve flexibility and core stability.

Shape Up
Circuit workout: aerobics, step, weights & stretching included for a complete workout.

Strength & Sculpt
Use body bars, weights, bands & tubes to work the muscles. Includes abdominal work and stretching.

Total Strength
Strengthen major muscles groups plus the smaller, supporting muscles. Proper form & lifting mechanics will be emphasized.

Turbo Kick
More than just cardio kickboxing, Turbo kick combines martial arts, dance, core & leg strengthening, interval training, abs, and ends with a tai chi cool-down.
