Park rentals can be made at the
Westmont Community Center up
to 1 year in advance; credit card
deposit required. outdoor athletic
facilities may not be reserved
more than 90 days in advance.
All reservations for park facilities
must be made in person and are
made only to residents of the
Westmont Park District.
NOTE: Prices subject to change. Any date changes will result in forfeiture of deposit and a new deposit is required for a new date.
Park District Room Rentals
Single Rooms • Double Rooms • Banquet Room • Gymnasium

It is the intent of the Westmont Park District to make its facilities
available to the public on a fair and equitable basis. The following
procedures, guidelines and fee schedule will outline the necessary
steps in regard to usage of Facilities.
Facility requests may be made
in writing or in person at the Westmont Park District Community
Center, 75 East Richmond Street, Westmont, IL 60559-1894.
Requests should be made at least 1 month in advance of the activity.
Requests should be signed by an adult 21 years of age or older
who assumes responsibility for the activity.
Fees are based on
the facility, time and type of group or organization requesting the
facility. Basic building hours are 8:00AM to 10:00PM Monday
through Friday and 9:00AM to 8:00PM Saturday and Sunday.
Refunds for cancellations will not be given if requested less than 48
hours prior to the rental. All fees are payable in full, 7 days prior
to the scheduled rental. For any rental requiring a fee, a minimum
deposit of $50 will be required. No alcoholic beverages are allowed
on Park District property.

Category A
Not-for-profit groups or organizations with a
minimum of 50% residents of the Westmont Park District.
Category B
Private individuals or organizations from within
the Westmont Park District boundaries. Not-for-profit groups or
organizations with less than 50% residents of the Westmont Park
District. All private groups must leave a $50 deposit.
