Summer Camp Fun!Camp Registration

The registration deadline is one week before each camp session begins. A $35 deposit per session is required upon registration. Deposits are
non-refundable and they are included in the tuition fees. All camp fees must be paid in full by June 1, 2011 or upon session registration after that
date. Since space is limited and the counselors are hired to fulfill group size, the camp fees are not
pro-rated. Please note that on-line registration is not an available method of
registration for camp programs since birth certificates are
required to sign up for camp.

Transportation
Our camp programs offer a bus service at an additional fee
to pick up and drop off campers at neighborhood locations
on both the north and south side of town. This service is
optional and is operated by the Westmont Park District camp
staff. If using this method of transportation, please refer
to the bus schedule to select your route and bus stop that is
closest to your home. Make sure to indicate your selection
on the registration form. Arrangements should be made for
an adult to supervise children at the bus stop in both the
morning and afternoon. All participants will be notified by
telephone regarding drop off and pick up times a few days
before each session of camp begins. The bus transportation
is only available for Day Camp and Camp Operation Fun
participants. In order for this service to be available, it is
essential that the minimum number of participants is met in
each session. All bus registrations must be finalized the
Thursday prior to the session that your child is signed
up to attend. Transportation to and from camp is only
available for those who reside within the park district
boundaries.
