COMMEMORATIVE BRICK PROGRAM

(Now in Phase VII, Summer 2007)

Ty Warner Park has many fantastic amenities, one of which is a beautiful fountain courtyard.  It is in this fountain courtyard that your commemorative brick will be laid.  Through this commemorative brick program, the Westmont Park District is offering a way for those who treasure their time in Westmont to leave a legacy, not just a symbol of your time spent in Westmont. Whether you choose to add your own name or to honor the memory of a loved one, or pay tribute to a close friend or relative, our commemorative brick program will grow, one brick at a time. And when it is complete, it will remember these special people forever.

The Bricks

The clay-fired bricks are 4" x 8" in size.  All bricks will be prominently placed.  Special requests cannot be granted for specific locations, colors of brick or type styles.   The brick color will be selected by the Westmont Park District. Each brick will be engraved in the same typeface.  Orders will be accepted at any time.  Bricks will be sold until available space sells out.

For a gift of $50 you receive:

One 4" by 8" brick including up to three lines of lettering, at a maximum of twelve letters per line. A certificate of ownership will be provided to each participant in the program.

For a gift of $100 you receive:

One 8" by 8" brick including up to six lines of lettering, at a maximum of twelve letters per line. A certificate of ownership will be provided to each participant in the program.

For a gift of $200 you receive:

Five 4" by 8" bricks including up to three lines of lettering each, at a maximum of twelve letters per line. A certificate of ownership will be provided to each participant in the program.

Ordering Instructions

1. Orders for personalized bricks will be accepted and processed on a first come, first served basis.

2. All text will be a standard size, font, and style. Custom styles and fonts are not permitted. Greek letters and other symbols not found on a standard keybord may not be used.

3. Messages will be centered automatically, they may not be justified to the left or right.

All contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
