Register at the Westmont Community Center for a Passport to Fitness and attend any or all of these classes throughout the year. *Aquacise Excluded. Class schedules are available at the Westmont Health Core and the Westmont Community Center. The Health Core reserves the right to better service our members by removing or changing any class that has consistently low attendance. "Passport to Fitness" Obtain your "Punch Card" at the Westmont Community Center during office hours. With this passport, you are able to attend any fitness class at the Westmont Park District Fitness Club during the year. You do not have to register for any class, just attend. You may register for an 18 class or 27 class passport. This passport is good for one year (from the date of purchase) in the event that you leave for vacation or have an emergency and cannot attend class. Purchase the number of classes that will meet your fitness needs and that you will be able to use in one year. Babysitting is available, please check our monthly calendar for availability- $2.00/hour per child except on school holidays. Senior Citizen - "Passport to Fitness" Any Senior age 62 or over can visit the Westmont Park Dsitrict Fitness Club using our "Passport To Fitness". This is a card, which can be purchased at the Community Center for R $26 and NR $38, and will enable you to use all equipment at the Health Core on Mondays through Fridays from 1:00-4:00 pm for a total of 12 visits. It's an economical way to begin your schedule of fitness. How long have you been putting off losing those few pounds? $26 NR $38 Passport Regulations You need your passport before you can attend your first class. Passport must be shown at the front desk and punched each time that you attend class. Each participant must purchase their own individual passport. Sharing passports is not permitted. Showers and lockers are available at the Westmont Park Dsitrict Fitness Club. There are no refunds or carry overs. If your passport is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced. A new one must be purchased. Aquacise This is a great class for all fitness levels. Exercise is done in the shallow water. Not only will you get the benefits of strengthening
muscles while you work in the water, but you will also get an aerobic workout as well. If you are new to exercise or looking for a program
to add to your workout schedule-try it out! A great way to soothe those tired muscles and
stressed out joints. Water shoes
recommended. This class is not available as a
passport to fitness class.
Yoga, Stretch & Relaxation/Hatha Yoga Benefit your body and mind with Yoga. Yoga will
strengthen and stretch your mucles, increase your joint flexibility, and improve your body
alignment and posture. Every class will include a variety of yoga poses, followed by
relaxation to help you relieve stress and rejuvenate. Leave class feeling focused,
healthier and balanced in body and spirit. Please wear comfortable clothing and
bring a mat. This class is not available as a Passport to Fitness Class. 596-3-1-01
Wed; 596-3-1-04 One hour, multilevel - You will receive a complete workout utilizing Interval
training technique. Receive a complete workout using cardiovascular endurance and strength
training. Get a fun mix of step, hand weights, bands, tubing, balls and more. Your muscles
will be constantly guessing. A cool down, abdominal work and a light stretch at the end.
Walk away energized. Participants can make the class non-impact or impact, instructor will
help you choose.

Strength & Sculpt Sixty-minute, multi-level. Start with a short cardio segment to warm up your major muscles and start sampling body bars, hand weights, bands or tubing for resistance to tone those muscles. Age: 16

precision, and breathing. Routines are
biomechanically safe and non-impact. The moves
stretch and strengthen all major muscle groups without neglecting to work the smaller
muscles.

This class will utilize a weight room type setting in a group environment.
Participants will have a lightweight bar and a variety of weight plates to challenge the
upper and the lower body according to the participants strength. Staying in your comfort zone will be easy because
you are the one in control of choosing your weight that is appropriate for your body
level. With a low ratio of instructor to students, you will receive extra attention and
guidance for a great strength class experience. You
will learn proper lifting techniques and different variations to work the same muscle
